BeadGem is the our brand, we sell unique collection of fashion jewellery at affordable cost without compromising the quality. We do sell handmade, customisable products (bracelets) too.

How do I buy customised product?

We are offering customisable for a few products like bracelets. If you need customisation in sizes, you can directly place order for the desired product, while place there is an option to add a note, you can mention your sizes there or else, you can directly send us a mail at [email protected].

What is a return policy?

At BeadGem, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Please read our return policy for complete details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts all types of cards, UPI, Net banking payment. Also Cash on Delivery is available to selective regions.
